Our wedding package includes a consultation to discuss your vision for the day, timeline creation, and shot list preparation. We will work closely with you and your planner to ensure we capture every detail that is important to you, from the dress and decor to the first kiss and everything in between.
We offer a range of packages to suit different budgets and preferences, from the Essence Collection which covers the ceremony, group photos, and the reception to the Signature Series which covers every aspect of your day, including pre-wedding shoots, morning, and more.

Learn about our policies

-If the client needs to reschedule a photo session for any reason, provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to plan accordingly and potentially fill the time slot with another client.
-If the client provides less than 48 hours’ notice of rescheduling, there will be a $100 rescheduling fee
-In the event that we, Harvested Moments, need to reschedule a photo session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather or an emergency), we will make every effort to reschedule the session at a time that is convenient for the client and we will provide a 50% discount to the final price. If the client is unable to reschedule, they will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit or fees paid.

-If the client is running late for a photo session, they should contact the photography company as soon as possible to inform them of the delay. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to extend the session time to accommodate the delay, but this is not guaranteed.
-If the client is more than 30 minutes late to a photo session, we reserve the right to cancel the session and retain any deposit or fees paid or charge a $35 late fee at the 30-minute mark and a $10 fee for every additional 10 minutes after the 30-minute mark.
-If the photography company is running late for a photo session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as traffic or an emergency), we will make every effort to inform the client as soon as possible and extend the session time to make up for any lost time.
-If we are more than 30 minutes late to a photo session and do not inform the client of the delay, the client may be entitled to a partial refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure the booking for the photo session. The deposit can be paid via Zelle or Cash App and must be received within a week of booking the session.

-Payment of shoot: We offer a 1-week extension of time that the client has to make payment from the shoot date. Half of the rest of the full payment after the deposit must be paid 1 week before the shoot. On the day of the shoot, the other half will be paid when the shoot is finished or in the extension of time given.
-Late Payment: If the client fails to make the full payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the photo session and retain any deposit or fees paid. In the event of a cancellation due to late payment, the client may be responsible for any costs or damages incurred by Harvested Moments.

Deposits are non-refundable, but if the client cancels the photo session more than 1 week prior to the scheduled date, any additional fees paid will be refunded. If the client cancels the session less than 1 week before the scheduled date, no refunds will be given. If the client receives the photos and would like a refund, a 50% refund will be given. We will then ask for the photos to be returned/sent back via email with the agreement signed that we own the rights to the photos and that the client will not be able to keep the photos.
